They say feeling gives birth to magic.
The magician is light. As the game of light awakens, a shadow surely appears.
That shadow echoes the remaining regret.
Until the price of grief is paid.

Hoqqa is a story-based platformer, following a journey of joy, regret and friendship. You take the role of Hoqqa, a naive and hasty magician, tasked with bringing joy. When the game of light fails, the shadow teaches mercilessly.

• Hoqqa is a prototype, rest of the game is planned but may not be finished.
• No warranty is given on the game's uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

Hoqqa is a video game prototype produced for academic research purposes within the scope of an MFA thesis titled "Emotion Transmission in the Context of Digital Game Design and a 2D Platformer Game Implementation", conducted at Hacettepe University, Institute of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics.
