The magician is light. As the game of light awakens, a shadow surely appears.
That shadow echoes the remaining regret.
Until the price of grief is paid.

Hoqqa is a story-based platformer prototype, following a journey of joy, regret and friendship. You take the role of Hoqqa, a naive and hasty magician, tasked with bringing joy. When the game of light fails, the shadow teaches mercilessly.

Hoqqa is a video game prototype produced for academic research purposes within the scope of an MFA thesis titled "Conveying Emotions in 2D Platformer Games", conducted at Hacettepe University, Institute of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics.
